· Traceability: These certified standards are traceable to European Economic Community certified reference material (CRM 074, 075); United States National Institute of Standards and Technology (CRM 498)
· These certified calibration standards are specifically manufactured for globular DC-arc instrument calibration. They are certified as a complete series and are meant to be used for calibration, daily re-slope, and as periodic check standards.
CopperSpec makes two DC-Arc instrument calibration series with certified values.
The High Purity Series TM consists of eight (8) concentration levels: 0.10 ppm, 0.50 ppm, 1.0 ppm, 3.0 ppm, 5.0 ppm, 10.0 ppm, 20.0 ppm, 50.0 ppm with all ten (10) analytes (plus zinc.) The ten analytes (Ag, As, Bi, Fe, Ni, Pb, Sb, Se, Sn, Te) are required for ASTM Grade I copper cathode certification.
The LME Series consists of eight (8) standards at the same concentrations as the High Purity Series TM. The five (5) analytes included in this series are required for LME Grade A copper cathode certification: Co, Cr, Mn, P, Si, (plus Au).
