High Purity™ Series DC-Arc Calibration Standards

The High Purity Series ^TM consists of eight (8) concentration levels:  0.10 ppm, 0.50 ppm, 1.0 ppm, 3.0 ppm, 5.0 ppm, 10.0 ppm, 20.0 ppm, 50.0 ppm  for the following ten (10) analytes (plus zinc.) 

The ten analytes (Ag, As, Bi, Fe, Ni, Pb, Sb, Se, Sn, Te)  are required for ASTM Grade I copper cathode certification. Standards are pickled and pre-cut to custom weights between 250 mg and 500 mg according to customer needs.

Set consists of: 

100 g  0.1 ppm

100 g  0.5 ppm

250 g  1.0 ppm

100 g  3.0 ppm

100 g  5.0 ppm

250 g  10.0 ppm

100 g  20.0 ppm

100 g  50.0 ppm

Purchase of a full set is not required, any concentration may be purchased at a minimum order of 100 grams.

LME Series DC-Arc Calibration Standards

The LME Series is currently in development and will consist of eight (8) standards at the same concentration levels as the High Purity Series ^TM.

This series includes five (5)  analytes plus gold. These additional analytes are required for LME Grade A copper cathode certification: Co, Cr, Mn, P, Si, +Au. Standards are pickled and pre-cut to custom weights between 250 mg and 500 mg according to customer needs.

Set consists of: 

100 g  0.1 ppm

250 g  1.0 ppm

100 g  3.0 ppm

100 g  5.0 ppm

250 g  10.0 ppm

100 g  20.0 ppm

100 g  50.0 ppm

Copper Certified Reference Material

The copper certified reference material (CS-075™) is very useful as a standard for verification and as a daily certified check standard. The values in the copper certified reference material are derived from a major U.S. magnet wire manufacturer's material acceptance cut-off levels. It is a good replacement for the BCR ®075 which is now exhausted.
